Biography
Kailasam Balachander, popularly known as K. Balachander, was one of India's most influential filmmakers, screenwriters, and producers. Beginning his career in theatre, he transitioned to cinema and became renowned for creating thought-provoking films that addressed social issues, human relationships, and women's empowerment.
